Ryuichiro Iwahashi is IgnitEd's Business Lead, turning ideas into clean, measurable execution. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Business Management (Job Training Institute, Australia) and a Diploma of Leadership & Management (Ozford College, Australia).
As owner of SpeedCore ID, Ryuichiro runs e-commerce and digital advertising across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, handling vendor partnerships, listings, promotions, and customer service. He brings that experience to IgnitEd's go-to-market efforts. Previously he supervised building maintenance at the Mercedes-Benz South Melbourne showroom and managed apartment operations, building strong coordination skills.
At IgnitEd he leads business development and partnerships, prepares proposals, runs paid and content marketing with simple funnels, and coordinates operations and vendors while supporting events and programs. He is organised, data-minded, and focused on outcomes, with a knack for shop optimisation and practical delivery.
